No way around it, divorce sucks, and it's a difficult time for everyone in the family.

Your whole world is changing, and you don't like it! It's natural to feel insecure, angry, even depressed. You're dealing with lots of stuff you once took for granted - like your parents being together forever and you living with them 'til you left for college.

While you're going through this difficult, out of your control, major life change always remember.

Remember it as often as you need to, and eventually you'll believe it and know it's true. You will also be able to accept the situation and get on with your life. No one says any of this is "fair." Stuff happens in Life. All you can do is work on accepting the inevitable change that's coming.

Stress and Worries - Having trouble sleeping, or concentrating on school?

Shared Custody - Half the time at Mom's, half the time at Dad's. You feel like a ping pong ball.

Step Parents - Maybe it's weird seeing your Mom or Dad with someone else.

Blended Families - Now you've got step brothers and sisters, maybe even step-pets!
